Salina311 used image-enhancement software to improve the clarity of the surveillance image. After sharing the enhanced image with the Salina Police Department, Salina311 was given approval to release the image publicly.
The Salina Police Department is investigating multiple burglaries reported Friday, December 19, 2025, involving two businesses and one residence in Salina.
Police say business burglaries were reported at Boy Scouts of America, located at 644 S. Ohio Street, and All Eyes on You Salon, located at 905 E. Prescott Avenue. Forced entry was made into both buildings.
According to police, items taken from the Boy Scouts of America included numerous food items, cash, keys, plastic cups, and a Boy Scout medal. Total damage and loss were valued at more than $3,000.
Items reported stolen from All Eyes on You Salon included multiple gift cards, cash, an HP laptop, and 24 necklace chains with connectors. Total damage and loss from that burglary were valued at more than $4,000.
Police also reported a residential burglary in the 600 block of Guernsey Street on the same date. Officers say the suspect or suspects entered an attached garage and stole a black KastKing tackle box, a silver lighter, and a wallet. Total loss was valued at more than $100.
Recovered at the residential burglary scene were a Boy Scout medal and several food items that had been reported stolen from the Boy Scouts of America location. Surveillance video from the area captured footage of the suspect.
