A single-vehicle accident over the weekend resulted in serious, but non life threatening, injuries for a motorcycle rider.
The accident occurred on Saturday, August 12 at 4:15 am, in the 1200 block of Centennial. A 35-year-old Salina man was driving a black 2002 Honda Motorcycle southbound on Centennial, near the intersection of Republic. At some point, the rider went off the road to the right, into the ditch.
The rider suffered serious, but non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to SRHC by EMS. He was cited for driving while suspended.
