Man Arrested after Female Allegedly put in Choke Hold

On Thursday, January 18^th, at about 5:30 PM, officers were sent to a residence in the 800 block of Smith in reference to disturbance. Contact was made with a 42 year old female resident who reported she had gotten in an argument with another resident, identified as Adrian Golding, age 52.  During the argument, Golding allegedly put the female into a “choke hold” before another resident was able to free the female from Golding’s grasp. This person then contacted law enforcement. The female did have minor injuries but did not go to the hospital. Golding was arrested on the requested charge of Aggravated Domestic Battery.
