Man arrested After Disturbance at Salina Wholesale Liquor

Salina, KS — Police responded about 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 15 to a disturbance at Salina Wholesale Liquor on the 100 block of North Ohio after an intoxicated man repeatedly disrupted other customers. According to the transcript, the man returned to the store after being asked to leave, removed his shirt and attempted to fight an employee.

Officers say the suspect, identified as James Brown, 42, of Salina, resisted arrest and was secured using a body wrap. He was transported to a hospital for evaluation and subsequently booked into custody on charges of criminal trespass and interference with law enforcement.
