Kansas Wesleyan Women's Soccer saw six different players score as the Coyotes blanked the McPherson Bulldogs 7-0 on Wednesday night at McPherson Stadium.
The victory also keeps Wesleyan's unbeaten streak against McPherson intact. KWU now leads the all-time series 30-0-4 over the Bulldogs since 1996.
The Coyotes wasted no time in getting the scoring going as Grace Conner scored the first goal in the second minute of play. Five minutes later it was 2-0 Coyotes as Maleia Jackson scored off an assist from Yissel Navarro.
Wesleyan made it 3-0 just before the break as Caitlyn Carlos scored with 12 seconds left in the half.
The second half saw the Coyotes score four times. Conner scored her second of the match in the 58th minute and three minutes later it was Leoni Enzlmuller scoring.
KWU added two more in the 66th by Sara Wall, and in the 71st by Precious Nwosu, both assisted by Navarro to cap the scoring.
Wesleyan outshot the Bulldogs 30-3, with 17 shots on frame. Navarro and Wall led the way with five shots. Enzlmuller had four. Allison Blumenthal picked up the clean sheet win in goal, with two saves.
The Coyotes are on the road Saturday at Ottawa before returning home to host Tabor next Wednesday at JRI Stadium at the Graves Family Sports Complex.
