Kansas Region F is taking proactive steps to strengthen disaster preparedness and enhance community resilience by hosting two important Hazard Mitigation Planning meetings on August 20, 2024. These meetings are part of the region's ongoing efforts to update the Hazard Mitigation Plan, ensuring it effectively addresses the unique challenges faced by local communities.

The meetings are open to all interested stakeholders, providing a crucial opportunity for community members to engage in discussions that will shape the future of disaster mitigation in Kansas Region F. The morning session will be held virtually at 9:00 AM Central Time, allowing participants to join from the comfort of their homes or offices.
