The Kansas Geological Survey recorded an earthquake on Friday, September 1. The quake registered a 2.2 on the Richter Scale and struck at 4:27 am. It was located near E Hedberg and S Holmes.
The second earthquake registered a 2.3 on the Richter Scale and struck at 4:51 pm. It was located near E Hobbs Creek Rd and S Cunningham Rd.
The last earthquake in Saline County was on May 18.
