On Sunday, June 4 at 9:13 am, at the intersection of Woodward and McReynolds in southeastern Saline County, a 2007 gold Cadillac Escalade and a 2016 purple Honda CRV collided. The driver of the Honda, a 56-year-old man from rural Saline County, reportedly failed to yield to the 66-year-old female driver, from rural Saline County, of the Cadillac, also from rural Saline County, resulting in the accident.
The female driver was transported to the SRHC by a family member. The male driver was cited for failure to yield.
Both vehicles were removed from the scene by a wrecker.
