Downtown Salina experienced a vibrant transformation on September 1st as First Friday unfolded, offering an enticing array of activities to the community. The evening featured a performance by Don Wagner & Friends on the City Lights Stage, nestled at the corner of Santa Fe and Ash.

Subvert Studio, located at 116 E Iron, served up self-expression as visitors were immersed in the mind of Travis Marak and Visions of Gloom, with DJ K-ODD setting the perfect tone for the artistic ambiance.

Peaceful Body Wellness Retreat, 148 S Santa Fe, hosted "Reflections: A New Perspective." This remarkable art exhibit showcased the incredible works of Brenda Smith, offering attendees a chance to dive deep into the artist's creative process during an insightful artist talk.

Further adding to the evening's allure, Vernon Jewelers celebrated an impressive 139 years of business in Downtown Salina, welcoming guests to a special wine and cheese tasting event at their establishment located at 123 N Santa Fe.
