Construction Site Thefts Reported on Fountain Drive

Two construction site thefts were reported in the 3000 block of Fountain Drive, off Schilling and Ohio, between the evening of August 7 and the early morning of August 8, 2024.

In the first incident, a private contractor's trailer was broken into after the lock was cut off. Stolen items included three DeWalt saws, 26 batteries, and multiple drills, resulting in a total loss of $5,470.

In a second incident, BW Concrete reported that their trailer's lock was also cut off during the night. Two steel TS420 Cutquik concrete saws were stolen, with a total loss valued at $1,800.

There is no video surveillance available, and the investigation into both thefts is ongoing.
