The City of Salina has introduced a new water usage tracking portal, offering residents an easy way to monitor and manage their water consumption. The tool is designed to help customers detect unexpected increases in usage, track consumption over time, and stay within their monthly budgets.

β€œThe portal is something customers will want to use frequently," said Debbie Pack, Director of Finance and Administration for the City of Salina. "It helps keep track of usage, detect unexpected changes, and manage water bills efficiently."

Key features of the portal include:

  • A dashboard displaying billing cycle data and alerts.
  • Customizable graphs to monitor usage by day, week, month, or year.
  • Alerts that notify users when their water usage exceeds specific levels.

Residents can sign up for a free account by visiting Salina's Water Department portal and will need their water billing account and customer numbers, which can be found on recent bills.

For more information or assistance, customers can contact the Salina Water Department at 785-309-5740 (option 3).
