Chance of Light Snow and Warmer Temperatures Expected for Thursday

The next storm system will bring a chance of light snow or snow flurries on Thursday with the highest chances in southeast Kansas. Below normal temperatures will continue, but it will be warmer than the first half of the week with highs in the 30s.
