Starting today, Monday, November 3, 2025, T&M Construction will begin removing pavement for Phase 2 of improvements to Cedar Ridge Drive. The construction for Phase 2 is estimated to be completed within six (6) weeks, weather permitting.
Phase 2 will close Cedar Ridge Drive from Briargate Drive to the east side of the Bluestem Lane intersection. Traffic control and detour signage will be moved Monday morning. Residents on Bluestem Lane, and Valley View Drive will have access via Marymount Road. Residents on Briargate Drive will have access via Markley Road.
