On Monday, November 27, between 3:30 pm and 6 pm, an unidentified individual illicitly took possession of a cash and car wash token dispensing machine located on the west side of Casey's car wash building at 215 W. Crawford. The perpetrator proceeded to crawl through a roughly 3' x 2' opening in the structure, subsequently tampering with the locks on another machine and absconding with the funds from it as well. The estimated value of the stolen machine is $1,000, while the precise amount of money contained in either device remains unknown.
