On May 27, a report was filed regarding a burglary that occurred sometime between April 27 and May 27 at a residence in western Saline County on 12000 West Lockard Road. The property, overseen by the brother of the deceased homeowner, was broken into.
Stolen items included a 1989 red GMC pickup truck with a toolbox in the bed, valued at $1,500, with Kansas tag 207GPG, and two TVs worth $500 and $300 respectively. The incident remains under investigation.
