Burglary at Salina Mini Mall Storage Results in $4,000 Tool Theft

Captain Mike Miller of the Salina Police Department reported a burglary at Salina Mini Mall, located at 3335 South Ninth Street. The incident occurred sometime between May 28th and 30th and was reported yesterday afternoon.

Thieves cut the lock on a storage container and stole $4,000 worth of tools, including a steel chainsaw, battery charger, accessory bag, and a Milwaukee chest toolbox.

The male victim, who was out of town, is verifying additional losses. The case is under investigation, with surveillance footage being reviewed. No suspects have been identified.
