Accident Details

Both trucks were traveling westbound in the right-hand lane when the accident occurred. A 2022 Peterbilt semi truck, driven by 35-year-old Yaotzhin Daniel Ramirez-Montante of Temixco, Mexico, was struck from behind by a 2012 Freightliner semi truck.

The Freightliner, driven by 46-year-old Ronnie Lee Hamby Jr. of Ellsworth, Kansas, collided with the rear of the Peterbilt under unknown speed conditions.
