Eli Drilling will continue placing Bluebird underground fiber optic lines. Crews will be working on the west side of Broadway Boulevard from South Street to Franklin Street. Work will then transition to the intersection of Ohio Street and Belmont Boulevard placing conduit easterly on the south side of Belmont toward Magnolia Road.
Work will be in grass areas with minimal sidewalk closures. No road closures are expected at this time.
The fiber optic cabling and related facilities will connect existing cell towers and future 5G cell towers providing exceptional cell service and high speed networks.
Work is this area will continue until November 19, 2021.
