Eli Drilling will be placing Bluebird underground fiber optic lines starting at the intersection of South Street and Santa Fe Avenue. Work will continue westerly on the south side of South Street to 9th Street where crews will then transition to the north side of the road working towards the intersection of Montrose Street and South Street.
Work will be in grass areas with minimal sidewalk closures. No road closures are expected at this time.
The fiber optic cabling and related facilities will connect existing cell towers and future 5G cell towers providing exceptional cell service and high speed networks.
