Blizzard Conditions Expected in Central Kansas with Heavy Snow and Wind Gusts

The forecast remains largely unchanged this morning. Precipitation is transitioning quickly from northwest to southeast this morning, and heavy snow is overspreading central and south-central Kansas. Wind gusts up to 50 mph will create blizzard conditions, especially along/north of US-400.
