LINDSBORG, KS — July 7, 2025 — Bethany College has unveiled the recipients of its 2025 Alumni & Athletic Hall of Honor Awards. The annual ceremony highlights alumni, athletes, and coaches who have demonstrated exceptional achievement, leadership, and service in their professions, communities, and connection to the college .
🏅 Awards & Honorees
The celebration is scheduled for Friday, October 17, from 4 to 6 p.m. in Lindquist Hall at Wallerstedt Library. Tickets will be available at the college’s alumni awards webpage.
Bethany College’s awards include:
- Gold Award (Graduate of the Last Decade): Tyler Breneman, Class of 2016
- Alumni Award of Merit: Michelle (Guipre) Schoon, Class of 1981
- Distinguished Graduate Awards:
- Michael Chambers, Class of 1995
- Heather McFarland‑Kautzman, Class of 1998
- Lifetime Achievement Award: Becky Copley, Class of 1974
