Barolo Grille is bringing back one of Salina’s most over-the-top holiday traditions with the 3rd Annual JINGLE Holiday Pop-Up, transforming the restaurant into a full Christmas takeover featuring three themed rooms, new décor, and surprise character appearances throughout the season.
This year’s pop-up includes:
• The Grinch Room
A full Whoville-inspired setup with bold green lighting, ornaments, and décor that leans straight into the Dr. Seuss attitude. Expect loud colors, crooked lines, and plenty of photo ops.
• The Traditional Room
Classic Christmas visuals built for families, groups, and anyone who prefers the Norman Rockwell side of the holidays. Twinkle lights, warm reds and golds, garland-lined everything — the nostalgic Christmas look that sells itself.
• The Christmas “Puke” Room
Barolo’s most talked-about installation returns: a wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling explosion of holiday décor. It’s intentionally ridiculous, intentionally crowded, and intentionally unforgettable.
Adding to the season, guests should be ready for surprise Buddy the Elf sightings. Staff say Buddy has “a habit of showing up whenever he feels like it,” which means any reservation could run into him.
