Salina, Kan. – Barolo Grille will open its doors this Monday for its monthly First Monday Lunch, featuring three chef-crafted specials available for one day only.
On the menu:
- Cowboy Caviar – A bright, Southwest-seasoned corn and bean salsa served with warm naan bread.
- Mushroom Swiss Burger – A Wagyu beef burger topped with sautéed mushrooms, melted Swiss cheese, and a rich brown sauce, served with fries.
- Prime Rib Sandwich – Tender slices of prime rib on a toasted bun, paired with roasted potatoes.
Each dish reflects Barolo’s commitment to thoughtful flavor and presentation, bringing an elevated touch to the midday meal.
