The possible suspect is unknown at this time, but it believed to be an Hispanic male wearing a black shirt and black pants. The vehicle description is as follows:

On 05-15-2024, at 8:40 pm the Liberal Police Department provided the following information to the KBI:
At approximately 7 pm, a relative of Marishelia Louis De La Cruz witnessed De La Cruz inside a black 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe bearing Texas tag TTJ8135 driven by a unknown Hispanic male. It appeared that she was screaming and crying and was being held against her will. It is believed that Marishelia Louis De La Cruz is in imminent danger. The vehicle left west on US 54 Highway from Mary Frame Park located at 530 S New York in Liberal KS.
