On Monday, November 13, at 9:22 pm, officers were sent to the 800 block of N 5th for a possible domestic disturbance. The alleged suspect, identified as 31-year-old Callan Dodge, reportedly engaged in an altercation with a family member.
During the incident, Dodge purportedly assaulted the victim, causing the individual to experience a heightened state of fear through the suspect's motions and gestures, even though there was no direct physical contact. Officers arrived at the scene, where Dodge allegedly resisted arrest.
Officers employed a body wrap to restrain Dodge, who was subsequently arrested. The requested charges include assault, interference with law enforcement, and battery of a law enforcement officer.
