UPDATE: 2 Injured in Wednesday Morning Crash

On Wednesday, June 21 at 7:20 am, during a heavy storm, a gray 2018 Toyota Camry was traveling eastbound on Water Well. The occupants of the vehicle had stopped to allow a westbound vehicle to drive by, to make a turn into their employer's parking lot. Their vehicle rear-ended by a 2010 gray Ford Taurus. The driver of the Ford, unaware that the Toyota was stopped due to heavy rainfall, collided with the vehicle. The Toyota was being driven by a 48-year-old man from Minneapolis, accompanied by his 46-year-old wife as the passenger. Both individuals sustained injuries and were transported to SRHC by EMS. The Ford was being driven by a 25-year-old Assaria woman, who had her 1-year-old son as a passenger. Neither suffered any injuries in the incident.

At 7:20 am on Wednesday, June 21, first responders were dispatched to the 600 block of E Water Well Rd, for a 2-vehicle accident. At least two occupants are complaining of back pain. Salina311 will have more information as it becomes available.
