On a day filled with family, food and gratitude, runners and walkers of all ages gathered at Bill Burke Park for the 37th Annual Turkey Trot Fun Run/Walk. Bundled in layers against the cold, the event gave participants the opportunity to come together, connect, stay active and set a positive tone before diving into the traditional Thanksgiving celebrations. The event offered a 2 mile walk or 3 mile run. The YMCA staff also collected canned goods for the Salina Food Bank in exchange for the entry fee.
