A wind chill advisory remains in effect from midnight tonight to 11 am Thursday.
Very cold wind chills are expected, reaching as low as -15 to -20 degrees.
Central Kansas will be affected in the following counties:
- Barton
- Chase
- Ellsworth
- Lincoln
- Marion
- McPherson
- Rice
- Russell
- Saline
The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
