UPDATE: Storage Unit Doors Damaged in Vehicle

UPDATE: Salina Fire Department has provided an update on the vehicle fire in southwest Salina. It has been learned that a minivan was outside a storage unit. The cause has been determined as accidental. The vehicle's owner was on scene and unharmed. There was damage to the outside doors of the units the vehicle was parked by.

At 2:25 pm on Tuesday, June 6, Salina Fire Department was dispatched to the 2800 block of Foxboro for a vehicle fire. Reports indicate that the van is inside a storage unit, and someone walking by saw the van on fire. Salina311 will have more information as it becomes available.
