A truck stop in north Salina reported a robbery over the weekend.

Captain Forrester says that the alleged robbery occurred on April 9 at 12:30 am, at Flying J, 2250 N Ohio. A possible subject wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, black pants, and a face mask entered the store. Two clerks were working at the soda machine area, a 53-year-old female and 38-year-old male. The subject allegedly displayed a handgun, demanding all the money out of the register, leaving with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The subject is believed to have left toward Ohio St on foot. A victim reported that a black car possibly came out from the gas island and headed across the street.
