Severe Storms Forecasted for Central Kansas, Hail and High Winds Expected

Strong to severe storms are forecast to develop across portions of central and south-central Kansas late this evening and move east overnight. The strongest storms will be capable of large hail up to quarter size and damaging winds up to 70 mph. A brief tornado cannot be ruled out as well.
