- Riley County (0.7% tax rate) reported a 10.5% increase, collecting $673,245.39 in June 2025, up from $609,111.44. Its year-to-date growth of 2.8% ($3,717,613.23) trailed Saline’s steadier performance.

However, its growth lagged behind McPherson and Riley’s sharper gains, while Dickinson’s decline highlights regional variability.Saline County, anchored by Salina’s retail and commercial strength, continues to demonstrate resilient economic performance, outpacing the state average in June 2025.
