Salina Police Department Seeks Community Input for Accreditation Purposes
In the continued pursuit for excellence, the SPD is scheduled for a site-based review and assessment, February 26-28, 2024, as part of a program to achieve accreditation by verifying the agency meets professional standards. Administered by the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc, the accreditation program requires agencies to comply with contemporary standards in four basic areas: policy and procedures, administration, operations, and support services.
