Program Offers Financial Support and Loan Forgiveness for Future Educators in Saline County

The Salina Education Foundation is currently accepting applications for its Loan Initiative for Future Teachers (LIFT) Program, an initiative designed to support outstanding Saline County residents aspiring to pursue a career in teaching.

This primary program, which is renewable annually for three years (or up to four years in a five-year degree program), caters to qualified high school graduates, college students, classroom paraprofessionals, and other residents of Saline County who are committed to becoming certified teachers.
