Pedestrian Struck by Vehicle in Hit-and-Run Incident on Ash Street

On April 27th at 9:30 pm, a 75-year-old male pedestrian was struck by a vehicle while crossing Ash Street at the intersection with 7th Street. The vehicle, described as a black Honda Civic 4-door with a temporary tag from 2020 or newer, fled the scene after hitting the pedestrian. The victim sustained minor injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment. Authorities are investigating the incident as a hit-and-run.
