A Salina woman is cited after a reported hit and run in west Salina.
Captain Forrester says that the incident occurred in the 1600 block of Dover Cir. 22-year-old Aaliyah Rosalea was allegedly driving a 2009 Ford Focus southbound on Dover Cir. The vehicle reportedly struck a parked car, also facing southbound, made a u-turn and struck the parked car again.
Officers located the suspected vehicle in the 1400 block of Teakwood. The Focus allegedly had front damage and rear passenger side damage. The parked vehicle was a 2010 Ford Fusion, that sustained driver side damage.
Rosalea was cited for the following:
- Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle
- Driving while suspended
- Illegal tag
- Prohibited u-turn
- No proof of insurance
