Joan Marie Brockway
Joan Marie Brockway, 88, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Saturday, November 6th, 2021.
Joan was born in Lincoln County, Kansas on May 15, 1933, a daughter of the late Flossie Merle (English) and Harry Milton Loy.
On June 12, 1949, Joan married Archie Brockway in Barnard, Kansas.
Survivors include her husband, Archie; two daughters, Sheryl Howard (Clare), of Salina, Kansas, Cindy Lou Altman (Ron), of Winfield, Kansas; son, Gregory Brockway (Cindy), of Salina, Kansas, 9 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
She is also survived by two brothers, Loren Loy of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Richard Loy (Carla) of Topeka, Kansas.
She is preceded in death by her sisters, Norma Hanson and Arawannah Montgomery.
Cremation has been chosen.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, November 12, 2021 at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home.

Kathleen Joy Cassell
Kathleen Joy Cassell, 93, passed away Saturday, November 6, 2021. She was born October 12, 1928 to Elmer Hagstrand and Mildred Pihl Hagstrand in Lindsborg, Kansas. Kathleen graduated from Marymount College in 1950.
In 1951 she married John Humbargar; they had six children: daughters Linda Draper, Connie Lyon, Teri Humbargar, and Jackie Sharp (all of Salina) and sons Michael John Humbargar (Hays) and Patrick James Humbargar (deceased.)
Kathleen married Joe Cassell in 1975 and worked until retirement at Waddles Heating and Cooling. Kathleen and Joe shared stepdaughters Joann and Vickie and their extended families. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Patrick James, husband Joe Cassell, and two sisters.
Kathleen is survived by the children listed as well as five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and three siblings.
Cremation was chosen. Inurnment will take place at a later date. Memorials in honor of Mike Humbargar may be made to DSNWK (Developmental Services Northwest Kansas, Hays, KS) and sent in care of Ryan Mortuary.
Marlene A. Keil
Marlene A. Keil, 51, passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2021. She was born in Dunkirk, NY to Larry and Barbara Rosario.
Marlene was a member of the Eagles Club and enjoyed playing bingo. She loved to cook and bake and spend time with her grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara.
Marlene is survived by her husband, Michael Keil; daughter, Bryanna Keil; grandchild, Elijah Humphrey; siblings, Richard Palmer, Larissa Rosario, Sherri Palmer; and many other loving family members.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Wayne L. "Bud" Boyd Sr.
Wayne L. "Bud" Boyd Sr., 82, passed away Monday, November 1, 2021. He was born in Salina on October 23,1939 to Ruby and Della (Garrison) Boyd.
He married Deloris on October 28, 1960.
Wayne worked in various positions for the United States Postal Service for 34 years. He and Deloris then moved to Lincoln, KS where he helped start Faith Baptist Church, and served in the nursing home ministry as well as other ministries for 15 years. They moved back to Salina in 2010.
He is preceded in death by his first born child, Debi Comer, his parents, and eight siblings.
Wayne is survived by his wife Deloris and 3 children, Diana (Les) Glavin, Dory Boyd (Portia) and Wayne "Buddy" Jr (Pam) Boyd, and brother Bill Boyd.
He also enjoyed his grandchildren, Stephanie (Josh) Bowman, Levi (Jamie) Glavin, A.J. (Liz) Boyd, Sydney Glavin, Joel Glavin, and Wyatt Boyd. Along with his great-grandchild Caylei Comer.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at Ray Avenue Baptist Church, 2801 E Ray Avenue, Salina KS.
