Northwest Winds to Slowly Decrease; Mostly Dry Weekend Ahead in Salina

Very strong northwest winds will gradually decrease through the afternoon as temperatures rebound into the 40s and 50s. A cold front will move through the area Friday with temperatures ranging from the 40s across central Kansas to the 60s across southeast Kansas. Otherwise, mostly dry conditions are expected for the remainder of the week and weekend.
