Minor Injuries After Vehicle Hits Tree in East Salina

On the evening of Monday, November 13, at 11:16 pm, officers responded to a vehicle incident in the 900 block of Faith Dr, wherein a tree was involved. A 19-year-old male from Salina was operating a white 2004 Lincoln Town Car, traveling northbound on Faith Dr. The vehicle left the roadway to the east, striking a tree. Both the driver and a 19-year-old female passenger were taken to SRHC with injuries that were not life-threatening. The driver was cited for inattentive driving.
