Intruder Arrested in Apartment

At 12:36 am on Friday, October 20, officers were sent to the 2000 block of Glendale. The resident had returned to her apartment and discovered an individual sleeping on her couch. The person was identified as 33-year-old Derrick Stewart, who was still sleeping when officers arrived on the scene.

Stewart allegedly rearranged items within the apartment and ate a package of fruit snacks. He was arrested and is now facing requested charges of burglary and theft.
