Equipment Worth $3,600 Stolen from Salina Rental Business

Police are investigating a theft from a storage trailer at Ferco Rental on North Broadway where equipment valued at $3,600 was stolen.

The theft, reported on January 15, occurred between January 5 and January 13 at the rental company's 264 N. Broadway location. Items taken include a generator, a Stihl Hot Saw, and 500 feet of copper welding leads.

According to the report, there were no signs of forced entry or damage to the storage trailer. The circumstances suggest the perpetrator(s) may have had access to the trailer or found it unsecured.

Police are asking anyone with information about the theft to contact Salina authorities. The investigation is ongoing.
