RHZ Invites Kids to Winter Camps for a Memorable Seasonal Adventure

Embrace the holiday spirit with Rolling Hills Zoo's exciting Winter Camps for kids. This December 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, and 29, from 9 am-noon, children aged 4-7 and 8-12 are invited to partake in a delightful learning adventure.

Each day of the Winter Camp promises a world of excitement, including a fascinating Wildlife Museum visit or an enchanting Zoo walk, creative craft sessions, captivating lessons featuring ambassador animals, and of course, some tasty snacks to keep those energy levels up.

Winter Camp Themes & Dates:

Week 1 - December 20-22: "It's Getting Hot Out Here" Kids will embark on a journey to explore the warmth of savannas, rainforests, and deserts. They'll discover the incredible animals that call these exotic places home.

Week 2 - December 27-29: "BRRR, It's Cold Outside" Children will learn to embrace the chill with a focus on the world's coldest regions. They'll gain insights into the unique adaptations of animals that thrive in extreme cold.

Space for these exciting camps is limited, so don't delay. The registration deadline is the Thursday preceding each camp week. Ensure your children stay warm and cozy by dressing them in coats, gloves, walking boots, and hats.

  • All 3 Days: Non-Member $110 • Member $90
  • Single Day: Non-Member $45/Day • Member $35/Day
