T&R Construction will begin pavement removal on Cedar Ridge Drive starting Monday, February 24, 2025, as part of planned road improvements.
The project will be completed in two phases. The first phase will close approximately 200 feet of Cedar Ridge Drive, starting from the middle of its intersection with Valley View Drive and extending west. The second phase will commence after the completion and reopening of phase one.
Traffic control and detour signs will be installed Monday morning. Residents living on Valley View Drive and east can access their properties via Markley Road, while residents west of Valley View Road will have access through Marymount Road and Cedar Ridge Drive.
