Before School Breakfast Sliders

With the start of school approaching fast on Thursday, August 11th, I have the perfect 15-minute Keto Breakfast Sliders to bring some yumminess to your crazy morning.

Here's the Recipe:

• 1 lb breakfast sausage crumble, brown, drain

• 1/4 c chopped onions (optional) cook with sausage until soft  

Turn off heat and mix in:

• 1/2 pkg dry onion soup mix

• 1/2 c mayonnaise… yes mayonnaise

• 1.5 c shredded cheddar cheese

• 1 pkg King's Hawaiian rolls (or make it low carb with keto dinner rolls)

Cut dinner rolls in half and spread the mixture on the bottom half of the rolls. Place roll tops back on top and brush with butter and sprinkle garlic salt on top. (I used garlic salt + pepper). Bake until rolls are crispy (6-8 min).
