Afternoon Thunderstorms Expected to Hit Western Salina

Scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop over western Kansas later this afternoon and evening. This activity will then spread southeast and could affect some locations mainly west of I-135 and I-35 during the overnight hours. A few of the stronger storms could produce gusty winds and heavy rainfall.
