Salina, KS – On the evening of the sixth, a domestic disturbance at Chapel Ridge Apartments resulted in the arrest of a 21-year-old woman. The incident, which occurred around 9 PM, involved an altercation between Yesenia Buenrostro, a resident of the complex, and her 22-year-old male roommate. According to reports, the disagreement escalated when Buenrostro allegedly threatened the man with a small pocket knife, prompting him to leave the apartment temporarily. Upon his return, the man confirmed the threat to authorities, leading to Buenrostro's arrest on charges of aggravated assault. Both individuals reside in the same apartment, and no further injuries were reported. The case is currently under investigation.
