A 1986 Pontiac Firebird, valued at $4,000, was reported stolen in Salina on the morning of September 10, 2024. According to police reports, the vehicle was taken from the 200 block of South Santa Fe between 5:00 and 5:30 AM while the owner, a 45-year-old female, was working.
The keys had been left in the vehicle at the time of the theft. Later that day, at approximately 12:40 PM, officers located the stolen vehicle in the 200 block of South 7th Street. Ricky Lee Hall, a 61-year-old Salina resident, was taken into custody without incident. Authorities have requested felony theft charges against Hall in connection with the incident.
